(13.03.2018) On Tuesday 13th March, the European Parliamentary Association had the pleasure to host its third edition of the St. Patrick’s Day Party. More than 150 guests, Members of the European Parliament and diplomats of the Council of Europe, along with their staff and assistants, celebrated together.
This year’s opening speeches were held by the Irish EU Commissioner for Agriculture and Rural Development, Phil Hogan, and Ambassador Keith McBean, Permanent Representative of Ireland to the Council of Europe and member of the European Parliamentary Association.
Throughout the evening many highlights contributed to a convivial atmosphere in the Association’s cellar : Irish music and dance beats by DJ Quentin, delicious cocktails made by the Association’s partner Distillerie Massenez and a St. Patrick’s Day lottery sponsored by Galeries Lafayette Strasbourg, made this event a pleasant memory.
The European Parliamentary Association thanks all its guests for participating in this remarkable event and is already looking forward to its next edition.
